Sure they both take place in oregon, but there are many diffrences that you may not notice.
1. Nolan dies from falling off the hall
In the book Nolan dies from an oxy overdose at a party not a hall
2. Beacon Highs University
In the book they are all in high school not collage.
3. Taylor Hotchkiss is not there
The main scandol of the tv show is not even present in the books
4. Mona and Ali aren't there
Mona and Ali never even moved to Beacon Hieghts.
5. They didn't discuss their "Plans" in the woods
They actually discussed it in film class where they watched "And then there were none"
